Wholesale Discounts

    To qualify as a wholesale customer:

  • Williamsburg Coffee and Tea must have your Federal Tax ID number on file,
  • your initial wholesale purchase must be more than $100, and
  • your purchases must exceed $50 each month.
Coffee Volume Purchase Discounts
    Retail Pound Master Case Discounts

  • Applies to purchases of master cases of coffee in retail pound packaging.
  • A case is six 1 lb. bags of the same coffee. A master case is eight cases of coffee. They may be cases of the same or different coffees.
  • The master case discount is our deepest discount.
  • Since it offers such great savings, the master case discount may not be combined with the volume discounts, but may be combined with payment discounts.

    Volume Discounts

  • Applies to purchases of coffee in bulk or retail pound packaging (excluding master case purchases). Case purchase that do not meet the master case level do qualify for master case discounts.
  • Volume level must be met in a single order.
  • Volume discounts may not be combined with the master case discount.
  • See Volume Discounts table below for details.
Retail Pound Master Case Discounts
1 Case = 6 lbs. of the same coffee
1 Master Case = 8 cases of same or different coffees		 (Case Price = Regular or Flavored Coffee retail pound price x 6)
Add up the cost of the 8 cases you have chosen to get the Master Case base price
Quantity% Discount
1 Master Case save 5% off of Master Case base price
2 Master Cases save 6% off of Master Case base price
3 Master Cases save 7% of Master Case base price


Volume Discounts
Combined Coffee and/or Espresso Volume Per Order Per Pound Discount Off of the List Price at
Bulk Gourmet Coffee Pricing or Bulk Flavored Coffee Pricing
1 to 25 lbs. List Price
26 to 50 lbs. List Price Minus 10˘ per lb.
51 to 75 lbs. List Price Minus 15˘ per lb.
76 to 100 lbs. List Price Minus 20˘ per lb.
101 + lbs. List Price Minus 25˘ per lb.
